Documentation used to be the last thing you wrote. Now it comes first: you write the spec, then agents build against tests that keep validating it.

Spec-first changes the shape of a whole team. The hard thinking moves up front, into defining what 'correct' even means, and the agents do the building underneath that definition.

An AI is a finite set of states. The brain is analog: between 0 and 1 there is an infinity, and somewhere in that infinity sits the spark we call human creativity.

Digital systems are discrete: countably many states, however large the number. An analog system has infinite room between any two of them, and I suspect creativity lives somewhere in that continuum.
